DELFI spol. s r.o. is a Czech company based in Děčín with more than 30 years of tradition in furniture production. Since its foundation in 1992, DELFI has focused on creating furniture that not only meets the needs of our clients, but also exceeds their expectations. Reg. no.: CZ.03.01.03/00/22_035/0001835 The aim of the project is targeted implementation of the AM concept and its partial measures into the strategic management and corporate culture of DELFI spol. s r.o. The main activities include setting a new in-house strategy and involving the target group in training activities in the field of AM and new digital technologies. The aim is to strengthen the company in terms of human resources, employee skills and potential and to promote intergenerational experience sharing and teamwork within the company. 1.1.2024 - 31.12.2026 The project is co-financed by the European Union.
Project name: Corporate training at DELFI spol. s r.o. Reg. no.: CZ.03.01.03/00/23_047/0002435 The subject of the project is corporate training of employees at DELFI spol. s r.o. The aim of the project is to increase the qualification of employees through the implementation of further professional training. The duration of the project is 24 months. The outcome of the project is 36 employees supported, of which 9 employees 55+. The implementation of the project will enable the improvement of personnel capacity and increase the competitiveness of the company. The project is co-financed by the European Union. The project is financed by the Operational Programme Employment Plus.
